Vernon Black
Vernon Black started tattooing in 2017 in Terre Haute, Indiana. Vernon made his transition to Chicago in 2022 where he started at Tattoo Avenue. His preferred style to tattoo is bold-line Kawaii and American Traditional.
His hobbies include doll customization, record collecting and vintage fashion. Vernon is a transgender man and uses he/him pronouns.
Vernon accepts walk-ins and appointments.
